I think $2 million is appealing, but the $2 ticket price is not. I think people look at their choices and think 2 tickets to go for $10-100 million in MegaMillions sounds better than 1 ticket to go for less than $2 million. And also, like me, they think that buying a $2 ticket is a vote of approval for $2 tickets, and if this game is a success, the lottery won't think twice about making every game $2. I confused too, I thought you asked about the WR chances to be reduced more. Well, in CM, it will produce quite more lines (I don't remember how much it was, I've done this run a long time ago). In general, CM can produce WR results for small ticket wheels and many cases of xifx (this condition is mathematically more easy to construct).
