you state a good point. here's what mega millions needs to do. restructure the percentage of the prize pool that goes to the jackpot, and increase the lower prizes. powerball pays better for matching the powerball than mega millions does for matching the mega ball, and matching the mega ball is harder. the same is true for the next 2 or 3 prize levels up. mega millions should also award a higher prize for matching 4+1. it's the same as powerball, but with harder odds. now what powerball needs to

Yea the articles i posted (some of which are in the News section) are from greed, involving friends, co-workers family only.There is another way in which a lottery can be a legal scam , rather than merely personal greed. I personally believe that SC numbers are falling in the manner that they are due to the fact that a triple is about to fall. These are ALL characters that occurr prior to a triple falling. I find recording my numbers on a daily basis VERY helpful because then I'm able to look at patterns and so forth rather than guessing when placing bets. There is a big difference between using computerized random number generators to generate 'ticket numbers' versus using them for the 'actual lottery draw'. I don't see any way that drawings such as the current Powerball set-up could be rigged. Using mechanical drawing machines in televised drawings, being closely monitored as they occur and even offering invitations to the general public to go to Iowa and participate in witnessing the live drawings...it's about as honest as one can possibly get.
