Indiana woman claims Blue Chip Casino owes her $28M
When Ohio had its Buckeye5 game they paid $100,000 for a 5of5 match and it was clearly posted on the play slips that total payouts were capped at $1M regardless of the number of winners. So when a player brought 20 tickets that matched 5of5 and thought he won $2M and sued, he lost the case because the discliamer was where he could have read it.
The casino should have posted the maximum a player could expect to win on a penny machine if a certain amount was unreasonable.
Before Ohio's Supe

How Many Folks Gave Up On Powerball When It Went To $2?
I don't know about other folk, but I like truth. The odds are actually better as you've posted, but the lotteries do still make twice the money on the same losses while players lose twice the money for worse odds. Oh, but wait...the jackpots are much higher now which makes it worth it!! Yeah, that's it!! I get the point that people wanna play when the pot reaches a half billion dollars...I get it completely. Have you ever wondered, though, just how many folks may have already missed out on 'thei

What Check Cashing place is your first choice after a big JP win??
To be fair, they are discussing pick-3 and pick-4 systems so the signature might be a reminder of why they don't play every drawing in games with multi-million jackpots.
Any experienced professional gambler will say the lottery odds are the worst, but almost everyone of them will buy a ticket during a ticket buying frenzy and it's not a bad bet because the odds of a jackpot winning ticket being sold are much better. Looking at the 336,545,306 tickets sold during the last jackpot ticket buying

Lottery Imagination.
Of the two games, players will probably get more smaller prize wins in MM, but the majority of those wins will be the bonus number and that pays for the cost of one ticket. One of the playing strategies we see on LP is two combos (whether it's a QP or self pick is irrelevant) played for multiple drawings. IMO, there is no correct way to play jackpot games.
The idea of ONLY playing when the jackpot is huge is illogical.
It is if the player want a chance in every drawing, but not everyone

Do you have specific plans as to what you will be doing after your PB/MM win?
People like to discuss the things they think they know best and lots of people know more about spending money than they know about making money and as far as winning a jackpot nobody knows and if they really think they do, they aren't talking.
Based on the number of threads on the topic, apparently some of the LP members are obsessed with discussing buying things they can't without winning a jackpot or any type of life changing amount. I read where there is going to be a $1 billion prize fo

Do you have specific plans as to what you will be doing after your PB/MM win?
If everybody found answers to the questions they wanted answered or wondered about by searching the archives, we would lose about 98% of the activity in the Forums.
Your answer is as lame as this topic. Even if this question was asked in a new topic once a month, Noise would justify it by saying not all members responded. Is your life that boring you're interested if fools are making specific plans for jackpots they will probably never win?

Do You Think??
I do...
I'm sure they have some sort of tracking system... It's a business. I'd imagine they'd go to places with high sales and frequent winners.
Winners = Marketing = More Sales
Example MM and PB. Higher jackpots sale more tickets. They've made it harder to win MM, and increased ticket price for PB, which increases the overall pot faster. Of course, that's their marketing hook now (we're not fools). We never asked for that did we? ha
Not facts, just my twisted opinion.

Christmas Draws!
So, does anyone know which lotterys are offering special Christmas draws? Like raffles or large jackpots!
UK Lotto is offering 500 winners of 20,000 in the raffle
I don't think Euro Millions is offering much but it's at 60M!
Might treat myself to a Euro ticket and a UK Lotto ticket tomorrow since I haven't been buying any for a while now.
What about you folks in America?

Question? How does one deposit $550 million in the Bank?
Tax nightmare? Hardly.
You just get two checks. 1 big one of a few hundred mil, and one little one about 10 mil, followed by 29 more little ones every year after that. What tax nightmare?
I'd always take the cash, I feel I can spend and invest responsibly. No lecture needed here, thanks.
Not saying this half and half option is for me, but it might be an option for security and diversificatoin with a huge jackpot. Many have expressed concerns with such a large half billion jackpot, who w
