8 x 15 (Pick 3)
Thanks for the great input, lakerben, adobea, et. al. I actually tried experimenting with the WinD charts that Blacapple reposted, going back a little ways... it proves intriguing, but not as helpful as imagined. It's not much different from a standard slicing of the 120 boxes based on number-order running 0-9 (that one's better only for revealing things about the game and how it works, imho).
However, it did lead me to think... maybe there's something being overlooked here by me: anything yo

Bands On The Run (California D3)
This is a sort of addendum to the 8 x 15 thread here:
I've been already tracking some bands in the California Daily 3's set of singles boxes. But I divided them up simply as they come, starting with 0 and working to 9, in (mostly: i.e., except for all low-digit [0-4] boxes) sets of 10. I don't think this is the best way to do it, hence the 8 x 15 thread which contains a host of awesome suggestions by many incredibly smart and savvy players here.
However, those who are interested, be on the

TRAP a Box Single ...using "NO DIGIT RETURNs"
NO ......Digit RETURNS
We all know that MOST OF THE TIME at least one digit will return next draw and use that Stat to trap a win that way right? Some folks use the old 2 digit return trap.
Did you know that there is a trap for using a ....NO DIGIT RETURN ? Sure there is ......and it works more than you might think.
If you don't use ANY of the digits from the previous draw you filter out a powerful amount of numbers that's for sure.
How many? Would you believe ......out o

New multi-state lottery game coming to NY, NJ
The NY Lottery web site still has nothing except for a starting June 13 banner, but the NJ Lottery does have a page up with the rules. I found the caveats about the prize liability interesting:
Cash Options
Prize Level 1 (Jackpot) Lump Sum Cash Option:
1 Winner - Prize Level 1 (Jackpot) Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000)
2 to 14 Winners - Seven Million Dollars ($7,000,000), divided by the number of winning tickets sold
Prize Level 2 Lump Sum Cash Option:

Systems Do Work...
datamon414,
Good post. We are all where our experiences have put us.
I've seen two things work, but neither one was for any lottery games.
One is a real boring progressive craps Don't system betting that four shooters don't make four passes each. It's not a pure double up though, which is economic suicide.
The other was a way of doping out NFL games by Ernie Kaufman, known as the Bookie Destroyer . He has a set of criteria to apply to NFL games but this was years ago before

When you say X is the key digit for the day, you mean 1 or 8?
I think the first position has a strong pattern and I hope that it holds.
So I like 7xxx
The double repeaters appear to be in vogue so I get my insurance 79xx (I would play 77xx, but its probably sold out, and if the clerk give it to me, I will have to slap him right quick because it was probably a 77x.
Skip ones are underplayed so that give me this pool of numbers 2 4 7 3
SO,
these are my picks.
7903
7913

Is this legal?
I did read the article (duh, I posted it, nicht var?).
How does the fact you can copy and paste prove you actually read it?
And if you did read it, why did you say Usually those who run such pools save the best squares for their friends and try to get others to buy the not so good squares. when the article clearly explained the numbers are drawn after the squares are filled?
And for your information, where sports betting is legal 13 run baseball pools are far more popular.
The su

New Systems Forum just based on real stats and facts!
Hi Lotterybraker, like I said, the example was trivial. My main point is that Time is the constant, and as long as 2 variables are known, you can do some great predicting. As you imply, and I do agree, one known variable or rather using one draw by itself is not enough information. To scratch the surface of an expansive topic, I'll just say that you can begin to asses or predict an event when at least 2 variables or rather 2 draws are known. When you have 2 draws, it forms a relationship, and it

Ohio Classic Lotto goes more than 2 years without winner
People can post predictions till the cows come home. It is a random game. If anyone actually made money predicting the lotteries
wouldn't exist. The only smart way to play the lottery is to play games where the EV is greater than one. To play numbers and combos
that are not going to be likely copied by the birthday crowd so if you do win you increase the likelihood of you pool swooping. Of course
there is no guarantee but people need to play smart. Why people play games like Pick 4 wher

Why Do You Think Lottery Winners Always Take The Cash Option?
I found this article online from 2012 and it made me rethink the annunity option:
If You Win The Mega Millions Jackpot, Don't Take The Annuity!
Yesterday, we asked readers how they'd take their lottery winnings if they won this week's Mega Millions jackpot. The choice is between a lump sum and annuity.
Mega Millions describes the options: Annuity option: Provides annual payments over a 26-year period. For every $1,000,000 in the jackpot, you will receive approximately $385,000 per year
