Investigators find another friend of Tipton who cashed rigged lottery prize
Scandal goes beyond jackpots to smaller prizes too
A friend of the former security director of the Multi-State Lottery Association who is implicated in a jackpot-fixing scandal was given a winning Kansas Lottery ticket worth $15,000 in 2011 as an engagement gift, she said Wednesday.
Iowa prosecutors had Amy DeMoney testify Wednesday in a hearing for Eddie Tipton, who faces trial in July for ongoing criminal conduct and money laundering charges for games he allegedly fixed in Colorado, Kans

Kansas Lottery adds 'Hot Lotto' game
Mini Powerball is coming to Kansas.
Sales for the multi-state Hot Lotto numbers game began Sunday for Wednesday's first biweekly drawing that will include the Sunflower State.
Like Powerball, winning Hot Lotto numbers are selected and announced every Wednesday and Saturday.
Hot Lotto jackpots are smaller than those offered by Powerball, but players have better odds of winning. The odds are 1 in 16 of getting any winning Hot Lotto ticket for prizes that range from $2 to the minimum $

Hi Todd,
Are there any LP stats for this?...
What State in Pick 3 numbers history had the most draws without a double or triple and how many draws was it and on what dates?
Is there a list of all States that use computerized drawings?
Thank You.

Idaho Lottery to launch new Pick 4 game Sunday
Long-awaited draw game joins Idaho Lottery's lineup
By Kate Northrop
Players asked, and the Idaho Lottery listened. The Lottery announced Friday that it will be launching a new twice daily Pick 4 game this Sun., Jan. 10, in response to years of player interest and tremendous popularity of its in-state Pick 3 draw game.
For Idahoans who find in-state draw games appealing, the new Pick 4 game will give players an additional choice of game to play and another opportunity to participate.

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
Ok, so now it's not about how the lottery has marked you as a serious math playing threat. You are saying they could mark you as a threat. Well sure, I'll agree that while it is highly unlikely, it is possible, but to what end? They do not care who wins the money. Why would they?
You say you are a threat by just playing $10 or $20, and with millions you could bring them to their knees (my words)? You certainly think highly of your math skills, and if you are as good as you say you are, why in

Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
The other thing one can guess from this is that someone is mucking around in the code on the machine. Why else would it suddenly start spitting out repeated draw sequences? And why would the machine have access to previous drawing results that it could copy? If it DOESN'T have access to previous drawing results, then it is generating totally non-random numbers based on some kind of sequence or something.
It is an absolutely horrendous situation, and I would never buy a ticket for one of these

Georgia Team Players Post Pic 4"S Here
I think Iowa is back in the sharing game.
This time with Indiana instead of Illinois.
Looks like it started this month.
I don't know what's going on in that state.
I know that Tipton guy pleaded guilty to rigging the computerized drawings the other day.

Missouri 3/14 thru 3/27/17
Libra Dave, I am a new member on the Lottery Post and would like to know
if you have a new set of numbers for the month of April. Pick 4 is all I usually
play, and and with the computerized drawings, it is getting harder to figure
out any sort of pattern or consistency. Your help is appreciated, and Thank You
ahead.

US Senate panel demands info in lottery scandal
A U.S. Senate oversight panel demanded Wednesday to know how state lotteries are increasing their security measures after an insider allegedly rigged jackpots for years to enrich himself and associates.
Sen. John Thune, chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, said the allegations of fraud in lottery games offered for sale around the country raise serious concerns. Yet he said it's not clear what the Multi-State Lottery Association, an Iowa-based nonprofit that admin
