Say what! He hasn't won the Powerball jackpot ONCE much less 7 times. I am assuming this is a major typo. He was successful at snagging a few Fantasy 5 jackpots and Mega Money. On average, the NY MM and PB players wager about the same amount on both games and can be used for a model. California's ticket sales for MM average about 2.7 million for the beginning $12 million jackpot. If their PB play is about the same so the PB sales should increase by about the same amount. PB had $56.5 million in ticket sales total when the last $50 million jackpot was won so the addition of California should lessen the losses when a $40 million jackpot is won or even show a small profit

I don't play the lottery often. I'm one of those people who only play PowerBall and MegaMillions when the Jackpot is over $100M. Scratch tickets are a joke. I'm 100% convinced that most jackpots are on the final roll of any particular game. Breaking even is not very gratifying for me. I prefer the jackpot. Thus, I stick to PB and MM exclusively; and only when the jackpot is $100m plus.

And agree with you about theory of prediction of 3 numbers with math and calculations, but I also feel, even in your theory, it is not just only rules but input of creativity also!
