Lottery is unfair
Bob: You're not alone. The MUSL had a very bad Christmas too. They paid out 4 Jackpots this month and each one at a loss. They rode the high horse in November and took the hard fall in December.

Lottery is unfair
You are right on the money Bob. The lottery should allow at least 95% of us loyal players to win the jackpots 100% of the time. Why should they be allowed to rake in all that loot, who gives a toot about their evil motives. I'm writing to my congressman today, and encourage others to do so. This scam must come to abrupt end. The nerve of these guys!

Texas All or Nothing
The original Texas lottery was actually one of the better ones out there. Pick 6 numbers out of 49. They made a big deal how the jackpots would get bigger when they changed---and why wouldn't they since it's exponentially harder to win.

MUSL: We have identified the glitch!
That would made PB more like a raffle and players don't buy their tickets as much as lotteries. Years ago some people in Ohio got upset about people winning too much and the lottery commission stupidly limited the amount one ticket could win to $20M and many players stop playing. At the time Ohio had the Super Lotto with jackpots that regular reached $50M+ almost every month before being won. Surrounding states didn't have PB or MM so a lot of players from out of state played the game too.

MUSL: We have identified the glitch!
Lottery Officials were in a panic minutes after last night's drawing once they saw the type of numbers that came. Typically referred to among lottery players as birthday numbers, it was all but certain that someone had won the jackpot, if not, the game would be paying out a lot in million dollar prizes. Someone did win. This is the 3rd time in the month of December where jackpots were won at the 50 million dollar level and this comes again at a lost to the lottery. Pullin

Has Anyone Ever Won by Buying Just One Line/One Ticket?
I understand that a person can't create a system that beats randomness without actually removing the randomness of the whole thing which would involve manipulation of the physical device used to create the random number. Systems are created to match the randomly drawn numbers even if the system is buying a QP at 3:27 PM the day of the drawing. Overtime the random drawing statistics will show a bias where some numbers are drawn more than others and groups of numbers are drawn more than other

Why Not Converge PB and MM Into a Super Lotto For All States??
All good points RJ. Speaking for myself, I would still like to see a national game that is run more efficiently, and with less overhead. With the bureaucratic waste eliminated, I see no reason why we cannot have increased lower tier prizes with the same jackpots. Where is it written that the states have a guaranteed monopoly on these games? Change is good, if we don't like the price we don't play, if we don't like the games we don't play. When it comes to their bottom line, the state

Why Not Converge PB and MM Into a Super Lotto For All States??
1. PB and MM main objective is making money for the states not rewarding losers. 2. Paying more for lower tier prizes would reduce the jackpot amounts or the states share of sales. 3. Make up your mind, you want larger lower tier prizes or larger jackpots, you can't have both. 4. Why should they guarantee anything for 10 years? If you don't like the price, don't play. Don't like filling out play slips? Buy quick picks or reuse old play slips.
