We were looking to see if the number combinations were bunching up anywhere. Such a trend might be more noticeable if the combinations were expressed as a decimal representation, rather than a group of 5 numbers. That decimal representation is the 'lex number' and will depend on how many total numbers are in the draw range. What we're up against
This is regarding Pick 6 and 5 + 1 games mostly. Consider this, there are more than 57,000 members here. Factor in inactive and what have you and let's say maybe 5 to 10 % post. Now figure most of them play jackpot games, let's say $1 a game to compensate for thos who only play Pick 3 or 4 and for those who spend $10 per drawing.
