i doubt NCEL has the time before the actual drawing to distribute the pre-draw list..... there are many steps to insure the absolute accurate drawing possible... even though most players don't agree or think NCEL is cheating b/c the numbers fall in strange or unusual patterns or simply b/c he/she isn't raking in millions doesn't mean NCEL is cheating... the only way to insure lots of hits with little profit is to play a ton of money to win little.... choice #2 . go for the big win.. hope a
