New York Senate passes bill allowing lottery winners to claim prizes anonymously
Anonymous claims may be in the cards for New Yorkers
By Kate Northrop
A bill allowing lottery winners to remain anonymous when claiming prizes passed in the Senate, bringing total player privacy one step closer for New Yorkers.
In February, a bill granting full anonymity to lottery winners passed with little pushback in the Senate, teasing the real possibility that New York players might no longer have to reveal their identities when claiming prizes in the future.

Numbers submitting Cutoff Time
You're attributing your losses to malice with claims of fraud or a rigged lottery instead of blaming your losses on the fact that you have the odds stacks against you. You're incompetent with your inability to beat the game using Math and Lotto Pro.

15 coworkers win $30 million Western Australia Powerball jackpot after member forgets to buy tickets
If it was Bought under a membership , then it could be a membership used by the syndicate.
Makes it a bit difficult to hide a win.... But also tidies up paperwork.... so that tickets bought individually and for the syndicate are kept separate...
And.. Given that people are likely to notice that one of their people (The head of the syndicate) suddenly has a lot of money. Questions would be asked and.. Good case for a case of fraud against the rest of the syndicate...

Florida woman arrested for conducting illegal lottery, selling fake tickets
Someone needs to reread the article. There was no guaranteed payout if there was a winner.
Yes, it was fraud and an unlicensed business. People were being ripped off.
Additionally, the affidavit goes on to say, she told officers that if a customer had won the lottery using the numbers they played, they would only be paid out if the store had the funds to pay them.

Florida man arrested after buying $31,000 worth of lottery tickets using company credit card
Here in KY the lotto machines accept both Debit and CC. Some mini-mart stores here and Indiana will not take CC, only Debit. End of the road takes both as well as some in Indiana.
Am wondering if lottery guys get burned on CC if somewhat disputes the charges whereas Debit comes rigfht out of your account? Just think if some bozo disputed CC charges after using it then won the lotto. The lottery would be all over that like honey to a bear...and perhaps would refuse to pay out due to the

Ohio Lottery cashing services restored after 'cybersecurity incident' in December
Weeks after a cybersecurity incident at the Ohio Lottery made it next to impossible to cash in winning tickets over $599, the Lottery said all options are again available.
The downside is that The Ohio Lottery confirmed that an unauthorized third-party likely gained access to customer and retailer information.
The Lottery announced on Jan. 10 that it resumed allowing players to cash in winning tickets for $599, weeks after the agency fell victim to a Dec. 24 cybersecurity incident where

Two Maryland brothers have been indicted after running a three-year scheme that involved false promises of lottery winnings and a supposedly exploding metal briefcase.

Is there a such thing as luck ? Can the lottery be beaten at its own game
You said your conclusion that lottery is rigged is based on Analysis , basic probability, algebra, number theory, geometry and arithmetic . There is a pick 3 probability that around 66% of the three digit numbers will be drawn in in 1000 drawings. You might be on to something if you can find where less than 500 or more than 800 different straight numbers in 1000 drawings. More difficult to find something like that in pick 4 games and next impossible for games with 100,000 or more outcomes. Which

$900 MILLION: Powerball jackpot rises, but sales miss in last draw makes for small increase
Over 10 years ago I wrote what I would clear by winning the lottery way before the jackpots were big. I haven't consistently played the lottery like I use to since the Hot Lotto fraud scandal. I chalked up me buying lottery tickets as a way to fund those sharp criminals that find a way to collect money from the poor.
Since I was reminded a few times of my goal recently it gave me the urge to play again. Here I am, I will try my luck 1 more time. If it works good if not it will certainly remi

New York- Numbers
Hmmmm. This leads to 1 conclusion only. We loose when NYL needs money which mean it is not a game of chance but fraud. This is a brilliant way to fund education and other institutions, I guess. Then this begs the question: why take from poor and give to ........
I agree with your statement Juliejulez. The only thing is that we have to reserve the thought that it is 1 in 1000 chance. However, what I question is how 2 straight repeats came out in the same day. It gets me thinking that somethin
