The Predictor's League (develop, test & demonstrate your abilities then let us verify your results)
Back in the day, during an episode of tv show Cops there was a crack head who started the first sentence in his response to a cop asking him and bout crack. The crack head said, Well do you want me to lie to you or tell you the truth.

A digital look at a jackpot lottery
Part 5 - Predictions
Now we are ready to make some predictions. How do we make them in this system? By combining a certain number of first and second digits into playable numbers. In this example I will use 3 first digits and 5 second digits. This will amount to 15 numbers. These numbers will have to be wheeled for appropriate distribution.
Next, I need to selected an appropriate wheel. For 15 numbers I have these choices:
2W 2H 15N 10T
2W 3H 15N 4T
2W 4H 15N 3T
2W 5H 15N

have it hashed out I was hoping I could post everything I have here and see if
anyone is willing to work with me on improving the method to further increase
the odds, cu
