Texas students rank USA lotteries
Here is the website with exact rankings.
I like how they deduct points for computerized drawings and for full disclosure of operations.
But one thing that I really don't like is the fact they consider a minimum age higher than 18 to be good thing. You can give all the semantics about responsiblity, but when you expect someone to be responsible enough to get their head blown off for lower gas prices, then go back and say those same people are too stupid and idiotic enough to by a mere lott

Tenn. players picked up on new odds before lottery revealed glitch
You said, That's why states are switching to computers.
Really?
There was Wisconsin in 2004, and Tennessee in 2007. And then who else? States?
What I see is one state (Wisconsin) that made a decision before Lottery Post started enlightening people about the awful computerized drawings, and then another state three years later with a CEO who feels every decision she makes is beyond questioning, who made a terrible decision and forever tarnished her reputation.
What I don't see

Tennessee Lottery: confusion not being cleared up
Now I'm starting to get confused..... not really.
Whatever the investigation is, it needs to go back to the day Rebecca Paul Hargrove made a decision to switch drawing types what processes she and the committee took. And include every detail from the day she and her committee made arrangement to put in place computerized drawings clear up to the present day.
This report should include every email sent to the Tennessee lottery from the time the glitch was first discovered by the people, al

Tennessee Lottery computerized drawings flawed since inception
Once the Tennessee Lottery realizes that nothing can be done to stop them from manipulating their games, they'll begin cheating players openly, with no apologies, like the Hoosier Lottery does now.
LosingJeff and I have PROVEN, beyond ANY doubt, that switching to an electronic drawing format DOES NOT save a lottery ANY money. Since details of our investigation appeared in two newspaper articles, state lotteries no longer use the money-saving ploy. Instead, they now espouse keeping up

can someone here post me an example of a fake RNG lottery drawing?
Actually, this is quite a good question. You will be sickened by this, but you need to see it.
Here is yesterday's Minnesota drawing:

Welcome to the world of computerized drawings, where a cartoon gives you the winning numbers.

Tennessee Lottery threatens to go computerized
y/w. I agree with you. I am *SHOCKED* that she would do such a $# ^% thing.
These computerized drawing VENDORS (gthe ones who make the equipment) are tenacious, and will say anything to make these lottery folks feel good about computerized drawings. My guess is they have convinced Rebecca and others.
In fact, I've been contacted by a few myself -- they are trying to convince me how great they are, so that i will soften my tone. I *will not* let that color my opinion, which is base

To my fellow LP members
Maybe Todd is less symphathetic towards me now as he used to be simply because (as a New Jersey resident who probably does not visit NY state often) he does not see firsthand as I do how crooked the NY Lottery is for a state that does not use computerized drawings save for Quick Draw.
New Jersey Pick-6 Lotto is a very good game. It has the usual 50% payout vs NY Lotto's ridiculously low 38%-40%. When Todd plays Pick-6, he does not have to choose cash or annuity UNLESS he wins. Mega Millions i

No delusion-100% winning method
DSUM will give you the winning number 100% of the time. I believe that numbers
have resonance with each other, and that's why travelling numbers that migrate
from state to state is a fact. I have to do more checking on computerized drawings,
because there is a differenceAlso bear in mind that some lotteries do practice runs,
and that will definitely throw affect your numbers. You will find that your numbers
will reflect the number chosen in the first practice run. hence the w

Online Lottery Soon to be Illegal/new law
If the gov raises the payouts for the state lotteries to 900 to 1 then I wouldn't be so upset. They want us to play their lame state lotteries with a lousy 500 to 1 payout ratio. I know theres a few state lotteries that pay $600 for a pick 3 hit but then why do the rest of the states pay only $500 for a pick 3 hit. All states should pay at least $600 and even that still isn't as good as 900 to 1 payouts. We should get a petition to raise the state payouts for pick 3/4! Add it on to the
