Balanced Risk: Front Pair / Back Pair Plays
If we know that over 70% of Pick 3 draws are (6 way box) type draws and not Doubles or Triples, then maybe we can apply a system of playing FRONT PAIR and BACK PAIR plays which reduces the number of plays and bet amount and get us closer to a win. Example, Say we like 1 in any position for the next draw in the Pick 3. But we don't know where it will fall. DOUBLES 99's 993, 995, 990, 989, 949, 993, 199, 299. Double 88's 858, 818, 828, 889, 848, 808. Doubles 88's as we all know did hit today( 188 ).Every Digit from 0 - 9 has hit as a double in 2008 EXCEPT for the double 99's.Theres no way we'll make it through the year w/o the digit 9 doubling up.That makes the double 99's pefect numbers, or the 955 evening combo .also the midday 995.ALso Dont be surprised if the doubles 88's return and repeat.Theyre were out such a long time before the

Does this mean that if the 3rd ball drawn is blank that anyone who has the first 2 balls right automatically win a straight or box on the pick 3? If so then NO state will go for that because they would lose too much money. ex. if I played 123 and 213 str/bx and the number drawn was 1-2-blank I'de win str/bx on the 123 and box win on the 213??? For me it was 570 (Ks only has evening) take the front pair;57 add 12=69 take the back pair:70 add 12=82 Now take the front pair again 57-12=45 Now the back pair: 70-12=58 Put them in a string: 6982 4558 Then I guess you put them in numerical order:24556889 and should come up with about 20 numbers. If there are double numbers just use one of them. Ex:245689 Then you should come up with about 20 numbers. This is what I played:245.246, 248, 249,256,258,259,268,269,28

A method I use and has proven successfull requires you to track the BOX Pair sets. I define a BOX PAIR as follows, if the number is ABCD, then you must track AB, AC, AD, BA, BC, BD, CA, CB, CD, DA, DB, DC. Then keep it sorted for both the past 30 (or 60 is what seems to work well) games.
