Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
Paying more money will not guarantee you anonymity. It sounds like Duke consulted honest attorneys. A good and experienced attorneys will ask about other options and if the lottery officials states we are a full disclosure and non anonymous lottery, you are out of luck.

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
You are forgetting that more and different online gambling is being permitted by some states such as sports gambling and casino gambling apps. There is a limited pool of player money with more and more competitors. Hey! The Powerball jackpot is $50 million... Wait,oh! Look at the squirrel

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
That expert clearly has a lot to learn. There is a lot more player calculus that goes on than he seems to consider. Would I buy a Powerball ticket for a measly $20 million? No! Would I buy a Michigan 47 ticket for a $20 million jackpot? Yes! New Jersey Pick 6 jackpot-winning ticket worth $5.9 million expiring in three weeks

89 second prize winners for the powerball
Are you interested in a friendly wager? The loser buys $20 in lottery tickets. The winner chooses the game. Both winner and loser split any money won evenly.

89 second prize winners for the powerball
Approximately 75% of all lottery tickets sold are QP's Therefore I'd expect 67 of the 89 second place prizes to be QP's. I think the big question now is do they have enough money in the second place prize pool to pay out the total second place prize value of $117 million? My guess is they don't and the 89 second place prizes are going to be paid out on a parimutuel basis. G5
