Mega Millions winner forced to split jackpot with co-workers
You can take all the precautions in the world but that won't prevent someone in your pool from sueing you for a share of the jackpot. Its best to just buy your own your own tickets and leave the pool to those who aren't smart enough to buy their own tickets.

Mega Millions winner forced to split jackpot with co-workers
Seems like I have the same sentiment of everyone else,I don't get the stories we hear about when one of the pool members get sick or cant pay in one week, and the pool wins and they are SOL, in my opinion that is just wrong..in addition EVEN IF the were his own personal picks, it sounds like they were pooling for years, why not share???

Would you join online lottery group?
Jack-C, I'm not talking about selling lottery tickets online. I'm talking about creating online lottery pool similar to office lottery pool. Someone will still have to go to store to buy the tickets.

Oregon Walmart workers split Idaho Lottery $1M Raffle prize
As much as each member of the pool contributed to buy their tickets, it would be hard for a disgruntled co-worker to make a case of having contributed a dollar and now expects to share their winnings. It's usually those pools that only cost a dollar or two to join that disgruntled co-workers try and make a case that someone in the pool should have contributed an extra dollar or two to cover them.

Illinois: 1/1 - 1/31/2012
Haven't played Kansas for a while and when I was playing I wasn't winning. Since the lottery is for education and with all the money I have spent I have robably helped build a few schools or sent someone to college. But I am in a poerball pool at work and haven't won anything from there either. What we do win which is very little $28 is the most so far but that just goes back in the pool to buy more tickets. Good luck in IL and MO

New Powerball payout table
You can actually participate with 1 quick pick ticket in any lottery game pool. Remember every lottery game is just a big pool of players in itself.

new member platinum need HELP
Good advice from Mr Smith and others. I joined at the free level to scope out the content, members etc. Spend your time learning then if you want to gain an edge, consider creating a lottery pool with a group; people from your area that you meet eyeball to eyeball. Include a lawyer that can outline the rules of play and investment in the pool. You can gain money leverage this way and perhaps win more frequently.

Louisiana Lottery Pool?
Is there one I can join in on? I would love to do that. It always seems like big groups win the most.
