The PowerBall Game
Is a 5/69 + 1/26 game.
If it was only a 5/69 game it might have 11,238, 513 combinations-lines, quite a lot, the Lottery Post says that it is 11,688,054
I don't know if it is 1, 2 or 3 Dollars for each combination-line.
The Lottery Post says that a 5 numbers win for $2 gives a win of 1 Million Dollars and that for $2 a 4 numbers win gives a prize of $100 on a chance of 1 in 36,525
It would be crazy to buy more than 1 combination-line for such a game for one person, but if on a pool,

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Illinois launched that ticket last month but odds are better on grand prize compared to Fla and you get 15 potential prizes instead of 12 to scratch. On downside Illinois version does not offer 50k or 1k prizes
Here is Illinois full of 500's
Grand Prize odds
Fl = 1 in 2,640,000 for $250,000 grand prize
Ill = 1 in 1,560,000 for $250,000 grand prize
Lower ($100-$500 tier prize odds)
Fl = 1 in 600 for $500
Ill = 1 in 648.54 for $500
Fl = 1 in 2,400 for $200

P4> Every draw has a corresponding Base string
Ideal From the Pool's (10 digit string) perspective is manageable to see the ' transition' of digits base on draws. You're generating patterns instead of observing them. Generating patterns is intuitive than observing them.When you observe already occurred event, you try to connect the dots by working towards a ' known solution', this approach is susceptible to bias. P4 starts always with 10,000 combos(this is your initial data for any historical crunching !), subsequent draws (combos) needs p r

Illinois lost $4 million by halting Powerball, Mega Millions sales
llinois lost nearly $4 million by shutting down Powerball and Mega Millions ticket sales because of the state budget impasse, a lottery official said Friday.
Lottery chief of staff Jayme Odom said the state lost about $2.4 million in revenue from Powerball and $1.5 million from Mega Millions during the ticket-sales hiatus. She said it's unclear whether sales have recovered since they were reintroduced Thursday night.
Late last month, the lottery announced it would halt sales of Powerball a

*NEW* New York Numbers Evening Analysis/System
Hi,
New member to lotterypost and I wanted to share some analysis and possibly a new way for people in New York (or anywhere for that matter) to pick and play numbers for pick three (NY Numbers)
My hope in starting to share what information I have is hopefully find a group of people in New York that would be willing to pool monies together to hopefully win on a consistent basis.
I will start by listing over the next few days listing what numbers I believe will likely hit. Based on histo

A Hexadecimal Keno Perspecitve
For the purpose of this post, I'm talking about 20 numbers drawn from a pool of 80.
If we look at it as 0 for numbers not drawn, and 1 for numbers that are drawn, we can generate a drawing as an 80 digit binary number. Take a step back, and we can express every 4 digits as a hexadecimal. If we compare the hex digits against each other, each digit has the same chance for each hex digit occurring.
Hex Chance
0 0.308
1 0.108
2 0.108
3 0.035
4 0.108
5 0.035

(New member) Have any of you broken down a keno game?
If we accept the base chance percentage of 25%, then out of any pool of numbers an average of 25% of them will be drawn.
Applying this to the drawing that has come just before current, we should see an average of 5 numbers repeat in the current drawing. (Lets call this previous drawing D1, as it is 1 drawing ago.)
Count D1
0 0.1%
1 1.1%
2 5.0%
3 12.5%
4 20.4%
5 23.3%
6 19.0%
7 11.4%
8 5.0%
9 1.7%
10 0.4%
11 0.1%
12 0.0%

Hello everyone. Have any of you broken down a keno game?
Out of a pool of 80 numbers, 20 are drawn. Order drawn is not important, so the numbers are put in numerical order afterward. (Forget about the tickets, or playing, just looking at the draw data.)
Selecting 20 out of 80, means that each number has a 25% chance of being drawn. The trick is that every number has the same total chance of being drawn, but not the same chance of being drawn in every place. (Example: The numbers 1 and 80,
