Forecast #16 has just completed the 8 drawing pretest. This means so far this recently updated strategy has always won within 25 drawings. The goal is to design a strategy that costs less than 1K to play, have the opportunity to consistently win 20 - 100% ROI in less than 4 days and possibly play an average 5-10 times a month.
