Have to agree with you. The Scratchers 2nd Chance end of game jackpot is a life changing amount, at least the biggest ones (I'm thinking $750K or bigger). Losing the chance (albeit a small chance) of wining that pot of gold at end of the rainbow is a bit of a downer. Even winning 2 100K jackpots is not the same. I enter every ticket.
