Wheel for NY
Looks like your pool did well and it reminds me of what another player did some years ago with Florida. But, you never elaborated on just how the pool was to be wagered which would illustrate how well it did financially. So, to keep it very simple, I'll just apply the 6-Way Straight+Box @ .50 option to see what happens. So, 150 combos in this category would cost a total of $75 per play and, unless you're bankrolling up front with enough money to play a couple of times to absorb a first round los

How to discard numbers out of a pool?
I d like to know your experience and ideas about how to discard numbers out of a pool, in games like Powerball and Euromillions. I mean: you get a pool of numbers, using any system, but you need to choose small amount of these numbers. What would you do?

Pick 3> Odds 1/1000,1/67 , 1/33 is your filter for str8
Is all about ' The State of POOL'. The prior picks does not tell you much about 1/1000, knowing the state of current pool does. With a every draw, the assumption of prior pool is 0123456789, eg, say my current draw is 123, the state of my current pool will be 8057916423, this will establish my prior pick of the ratio 1/1000.

P4> Recreating the Pool for the next draw/s
Concept A parameter PROPELS the next pool. This is the extension of thread from different angle.
NEXT POOL The next pool can be created using parameters like SUMS or EACH MEMBER of the POOL
RE-CREATED POOL IS mostly filtered, making it easy to target your BASE DIGITS.
Lets illustrate this simple concept with the STATE of OREGON, focusing on 'type draws' .

Lottery Pool Management - best practices?
I ran a workplace pool of 10 years ago. You need to take several precautions before you start playing.
First of all document in writing everything you do. Even conversations with pool members regarding the pool. This is for your legal protection.
As a minimum create some basic rules for the pool regarding entering and leaving, contributions from members, division of winnings and dispute settlements. Ask the pool members for their input on these matters. Once agreed put all these rules in w

Vermont Lottery announces new 'Play It Again' program
lol - that would stop after the first time that someone from a POOL (**snicker**) - saw that the pool manager (or some other pool member) had won on the 2nd chance option and EVERYONE in the pool had photo copies of the tickets but NOONE had the original (cuz non-winning-ticket-recycler-person shredded them)

Two workers in lottery pool sue over $118 million ticket
Like I said, it depends on the rules of their pool. If the pool has a $2 buy-in, and you decide to put a little extra in, that's up to you, but only $2 was required to get in. If Johnny decides to get bold with a $10 bet, why should the rest of the pool suffer? I'm just sayin, I wouldn't join a pool with any other set of rules. If you're telling me the buy-in is $5, I don't want someone coming in out of nowhere and putting in $20 and taking money away from everyone else.

Request statistical filtering opinion re Pick 3 number pool
Given the entire lottery draw history going back several years for a daily Pick 3, and given 360 numbers in a pool, is there any way to eliminate some of those numbers in the pool with a 98% or more certainty that those numbers so eliminated will NOT show up the very next day?
