Would You Switch Candidates To Get Nationwide Internet Lottery Play?
The thing that gets me is l did not hear Biden says fraud in any of the States Trump was leading in, not one. The guy simply forgot that Biden preached mail your ballots in ultimately those are the votes that got him over the top. Now you have Rudy crying foul.
A woman on TV tied to the Trump campaign said something like Trump appointed 3 judges to the Supreme Court, Amy will step up do justice to this outcome. That's the thinking out there that the American people's vote should be ignored b

Wisconsin woman receives probation for stealing and cashing $25,000 lottery ticket
Jessica N. Surratt, 32, could have at least 50 years of life remaining. She is ruining her employment resume for the rest of her life.
Is there a government place where future employers of criminals can find past crimes committed by felons? Jessica might lie on her resume but I hope there is somewhere online that tells the truth about her past.
If Jessica was a man, Jess so to speak, he would have done time the first time around.
Jessica probably committed tax fraud as well.

This is in addition to the one year of probation she was initially handed for the theft of tickets back in 2018.
On June 16, 2018, Surratt stole nine scratch-off lottery tickets from the Portage Market Bask

81-year-old Mass. man sentenced to prison for part in multimillion-dollar lottery ticket scam
Al Capone was sent to Alcatraz for tax fraud. Not bootlegging.
The IRS is a formidable opponent.

Wisconsin Republicans to hold hearing on lottery privacy bill
Wisconsin could be another domino falling in favor of winner's safety.
I am assuming there are safeguards in place to catch the Eddie Tiptons now.
Fraud and harassment are major hazards that if reduced could see more players for the Lottery's bottom line. We do not know how many players do not play because of threats.

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
One of MUSL and Iowa Lottery's arguments was paying Dawson would create a situation where they must hold up all prize payments until they could determine there was no fraud, draw fixing, or another Eddie Tipton was playing with the RNG computer. The judge didn't buy it.
Something to consider. Dawson is claiming the unclaimed Tipton prize should be his because he was the next winner. But what about all the people that didn't play the drawings after because the jackpot was low?
Oh and let's

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
And based on the rules
You've almost got it. There wasn't a legitimate winner, and when there's not a winner the rules say that the prize money rolls over.
Dawson won his jackpot and collected his prize BEFORE the Tipton ticket expired.
Does that mean that you'd understand that the money from Tipton's jackpot should have been part of some other/future prize if the lottery found out about the fraud sooner? That they found out later doesn't matter.

California: 5/1 - 5/31/2019
The poor Cali thread is just as sad as the actual draw numbers. I stopped playing earlier in the month of April as the numbers were just falling in silly, whacked out sequences. I will give them one more try today with:
043 243 743 037 723 227 224 220 440 424 447 040 020 007 747 707 727.
I would say Good Luck but, I don't think luck has anything to do with this fraud as there is nothing random going on here. LOL
