The trouble with that kind of cheating is it can't be controlled and every body that knows about it wants a share. When Indiana caught the security guard who told his buddies about where the roll of scratch off with the big payout could be bought the problem was there wasn't enough for him and his buddies and some one complained. When people cheat like that, they want more than a few thousands dollars which might go unnoticed, they want millions.

Classic mistake, the expensive home probably saddled him with property taxes and maintenance costs that hit him well after his funds ran out. He probably thought the 25% tax with holding would cover all of his taxes which it does not and cars are never a good investment. $1,000,000 dollars is enough for financial security but only if used wisely.

Actually they gave me a PX number to the security team so I call them and arrange to attend one. I might check that out. I think if I could see last minute pre draws by the TV crew just before the official draw then that would mean there is nobody hiding behind the curtain doing all day long pre draws to try to mess with it..I guess I take it at their word.. yes,i think the lotteries are rigged to a certain extent.that's so they never have like 20 winners of top payoff a drawing,or 100 million $3.00 winners as it would bankrupt the lottery.i think they dish out just enough small wins to keep everyone interested.sort of like congress not giving social security any cola raise,and then voting themselves a big $9,000 per year raise,stinks but what can we do.

This morning I dreamt that my daughter and I were almost attacked by vicious dogs while sitting in a car. We were saved due to the fact that the security guard of the place we were at was able to pull one of the dogs back that was just about r to jump on my 6 year old daughter. I think this is the kind of thing that makes lottery directors nervous. It doesn't look good on the balance sheet and it can't be too good for job security. I hope we're not seeing the end of raffles here. I just might buy one more towards the end of the month.
