TEST DRAW insider info for new Powerball. 17 & 7 are ON FIRE.
I deal you the 2 of spades, then the 3 of spades
If multiple test draws had consecutive numbers you'd have a somewhat relevant analogy, if not an actual point. Since we didn't see consecutive numbers we're clearly not dealing with whether or not adjacent balls were adequately shuffled by the randomization process. The imaginary issue you're tilting at is the repeating of a few numbers in consecutive drawings.
Now in a field of 59 numbers, if we draw 30 (about half) of them(because that'

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Reducing the size of the groups is the easier part of my algorithm so I'll give that first. All of my methods (due, followers, etc) put the balls in a rank from greatest to least, depending on the algorithm chosen. Then I simply pick how many balls I would like to play (or display/report) and I take the top ranked balls up to that number.
Followers:
I set up an array 56x56 (BALL x FOLLOWER) and each indexes represents a different ball combinations. I loop through all of the past draws and

International super lottery to create jackpots of $500 million or more
I agree, Coin Toss.
Given the huge amounts of money at stake, corruption in such a lottery would be rampant and unavoidable. Those currently charged with running state lotteries in America are now beginning to whine that it's too hard to make a profit, and that it would be easier and more profitable to privatize this significant stream of state revenue.
If the top prize is $500 million, they'd need to generate two or three times that amount in ticket sales and, from what I read in the a

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Since I only had two of the winning numbers in my pool for the last MM drawing, tonight I will pick 20 combinations from all 56 numbers,*limited only by the parameters. The 56 numbers cover the last 40 drawings so I will fill in the hit and count parameters accordingly:
Number count at hit last draw hit
1 1 - 1 1 - 11
2 2 - 4 1 - 12
3 3 - 6 2 - 21
4 4 - 9 4 - 28
5 5 - 16 8 - 40
I will fill in the hit and match parameters as follows:
