I agree. You can't write a foolproof law that prevents corporations from working through these third party couriers to buy a lottery. Depending on who you believe the courier here used two sites, one in Austin and another in Waco, working around the clock. Another version is they used multiple sites. I therefore don't think it's worth it to compare a three game draw and a two game draw, I don't feel that's it's really comparing apples to apples. IMHO the sensible comparison is by the week. I have my jackpot entry point set at USD 1,000,000 and all I need to do is match 5 numbers. I also add the extra $1 and make my minimum win $2M at least.
