There was a short story about that where in the distant future people simply had their skills downloaded into their minds. The protagonist was singled out as a child on reading day because tests showed that he was abnormal and sent to a special school where he had to learn everything the hard way and he felt that it was a school for the retarded. At one point he escaped and went as a spectator to a job olympi

Study: Hoosier Lottery has worst financial decline in USA
It's been a while since I've had anything to do with the Hoosier Lottery, but if I remember correctly, they switched to an electronic drawing format for all their games sometime in 2001. According to their CPA/ Internal Auditor, a man named Joe Pfister, their first RNG was downloaded from a now-defunct web site called Lottery.com. That simple code was then uploaded to two 486 desktops (is anyone here old enough to remember those?) which served as our official draw machines for the next two years

Science Digest Magazine
Dr Simpleton has released a partial copy to the Science Digest Magazine. The Dr stated, I have tried this partial list with very good success. Using the list for the last couple of months on all the US and Canadian Pick 3 games the results have been remarkable.
No Double numbers were used on the reconstructed list so we could only play single numbers. Of the 40 or so Single numbers which hit each day we have realized almo

Details about Arkansas Lottery emerge
In a memo to House members late Monday afternoon, House Speaker Robbie Wills, D-Conway, provided an overview of draft legislation to create Arkansas' voter-approved lottery for college scholarships.
As it stands now, the legislation which may be more than 100 pages when the final version is filed calls for net proceeds from the state-run lottery to fund a new scholarship program to be known as the Arkansas Opportunity Scholarship Program.

As the Michigan Lottery turns 36 this week, about 11,000 lottery machines across Michigan are being replaced with new state-of-the-art terminals.
The new Michigan Lottery terminals are smaller, faster and easier to use, with features including touchpad screens and laser printing instead of keyboards and the usual ticket paper.
About 3,420 retailers statewide already have converted to the new machines.

I could re-hash everything LosingJeff and I have posted on this subject in multiple threads, but I'm not going to do that. I'm reading the same, tired old arguments from people who simply refuse to believe that a state lottery can be rigged to produce a pre-determined outcome. But the lotte
