Iowa Lottery sales so far this fiscal year are nearly even through February when compared to the record set last year, but soaring inflation and gas prices are starting to have an effect. Iowa Lottery spokesperson, Mary Neubauer, says higher gas prices and inflation are starting to show their impact on sales. Here's the net of my post above.... If you buy a QP or cash in a Free Ticket and win a FF5 jackpot..... it's FLUKE! A very lucky/nice fluke, but a fluke none the less.
