justguessin sorry you were ripped off due to their error. I think you have some good ideas there; other states made good on their mistakes on past posts. I hope they can see the forest for the trees and take care of the bottom line...the customer/consumer. This makes no sense. I am on Win 10 and things are breezing along with no issues. I guess I'll have to add some error checking routines to see what is going on.

Thank you so much LOTTOBUX. I had to go back and save the file with the states and choose GA and reload all the data. I think I had deleted that file so that's why I kept getting the error message. Its working great now.
