8 x 15 (Pick 3)
There is no certainty in life, for that matter asymmetric event like lottery, my only leverage is degree of confidence and Prediction Interval. If you have a degree of confidence 50%, then time frame should be a critical factor in waging strategy.I am not bothered by stats, return digits or favorite digits(less stressful approach,in my opinion), my approach is based on concepts. NB Take a look at predictions on this thread with the time frame 500/#picks with the assumption of multiple hits or

Illinois to fire private lottery operator
States make more overall dollars on instant tickets, but would prefer if you spent every lottery dollar on draw games. It's more profitable. Disproportionate? Maybe one top price remaining or, in the event that there is more than one, it's because a game just didn't sell for a long time and no one really paid into the total prize pool in the first place. I'm not sure from where you are receiving this information, but it's incorrect.

Cash option on 5+0 wins
Most second tier prizes get paid out in full, minus the taxes of course. There's no accounting for the 20 year modification. Only major JP wins have to follow those rules. Don't worry too much, the odds of you having to experience such an event is extremely remote.

Will we ever see a double win?
I'm surprised you don't see my point. Read your reply again. The problem here is semantic. Haven't you noticed how often people tend to multiply the probabilities of two independent events together and gasping at the large number, when the 2nd event was not predicted in advance? I've seen retrospective oohs and aahs here over people who had multiple big hits spread over years. It's easier to see flipping a coin. If your question is what is the probability of flipping a fair coin heads two times

Virginia: 7/1 - 7/31/2014
I'm not convinced about 024 yet, but that 156 from your sheet caused a major seismic event when when I plugged it into my workup. If we get 156 straight in the day draw today, bet 555 in the Friday night draw and 158 in the Saturday day draw. I'm going to start with 156 today. If it drops, I'm going for the parlay Friday Saturday. Good luck!

And We Played all Night -6,4,0,1 -BEST DIGITS EVER
The ideal of logical system in a random event is absurd!. Logic follows known rules or syntax within a known theory(you're restricted by this theory). Prediction by definition a just a statement about the outcome of future events OFTEN not based on experience or knowledge. Prediction is not science, is regarded as 'informed guess' or 'opinion', so folks let's step back and ask ourselves why 1+1= 2?, why 6401, 297 ..etc is related to predictions( assumed theory)? . The beauty of assumed theory is

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Having scrutinized the WOF board at a liquor store, the $10 odds are 1 in 3.50 overall, exactly the same as the California Gold. If I were to venture a guess, the playstyle and prize structure of WOF would be the same as the Gold ticket, only with some WOF-specific win icons (uncover a Wheel symbol, win all prizes shown, or something to that effect). In any event, I hope it's better than the Monopoly tickets. Such rotten luck on those.

Couple recovers $50 million lottery ticket
What is percolating through my mind Drenick1 is the fact that the owners of this lost ticket could have visited that church on a regular basis after the ticket event, spoken to that person on many occasions after the fact, without that person saying a darn thing- laughing smiling and then months later saying by the way this belongs to you! ...and then they said unto him- what caused the evil?- Master Commander.

100% Guaranteed ! "Lottery" Strings
Not a theory its .......... simple Math facts put together in a certain way (a recipe) that can encourage you to focus on a real event......not a feeling or darts....a real inevitable coming event. Your ability as a player and experience with your own draws will clue you to which filters are best......or you could play all of them box or straight. Up to you and your abilities. Know this however.....at least you can be absolutely sure the winner is there using only just a small group of numbers.
