Has a Lottery Clerk Ever Attempted to Rip You Off?
One thing I can say NC lottery dont play. I did not know they were coming to the store that morning and they were investigating the whole thing, they could see the time I brought my tickets, and look at all transactions being done on the machine and saw I was the one who brought the winning tickets but where did they go? I was so mad......The investigator was so nice but they dont play when it comes to lottery......So just letting everyone know if ever you have a problem contact them that is the

What's with NY Sweet Million??
GiveFive: I read your latest post but have to reread it to think about your lottery logic (I love to read about how other players pick their numbers) and respond, but I am posting now to tell you and other posters what happened last Thursday when the clerk failed to give me the three free ticket. With the help of the NY Lottery, we determined that my $5.00 (QP) ticket was dated Wednesday, Sept 8, not Thursday, Sept 9, the day I purchased it and the day the SM promo is in effect, so the clerk mad

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Last night I won a big six bucks (3 #'s on 2 lines, QP) on my SM $10.00 investment, I hope the promo is extended to October.......
Number 6 repeated last night from last Monday's drawing, that's the number that screwed my Mom out of the million, the only number she didn't have on her $500 winning ticket last week!
GiveFive: I remembered something else about the possible attempt to scam me out of my SM promo ticket, the lottery machine in that store sits high off the counter, so the custome

How often do you dream about the lottery?
That may be a prediction of you actually winning--GOOD LUCK TO YOU!! However in reality be sure to double check your ticket because the scanners are not to reliable and the clerk may not be trustful. Just this morning, I had a ticket that I knew was a $18.00 winning ticket however when I scan it to check, it caused an error reading and when the clerk tried to processed it, it said invalid. I stood my ground and told the clerk, politely of course, that it was a winning ticket and I scan it again.

Undercover lottery investigation tests store clerks' honesty
Yet another example for lottery players to contemplate: A convenience store clerk and her daughter were arrested after they conned a California Lottery undercover investigator. The scratcher ticket he handed to the clerk was a Decoy they utilize to test the honesty of lottery retailers. The woman checked the ticket, which registered on the machine as a $20,000.00 jackpot winning ticket. She informed the undercover investigator that it wasn't a winner. Her daughter then attempted to redeem the pr

Fooled by Randomness
An Expected Value of 0.65 is better than 0.50, but that's about all! Without a Time Machine, I could not help anyone minimize their losses in the PA Daily Number Game by telling them to buy 308 every day. Analogously, I suspect it's only with hindsight that you can find a 0.65 system or system parameters from 4000 possibilities.
Do you believe that hypotheses tested and verified in a Pick3 game can be carried forward to Pick5 6 games? A popular purchase here in the Pick3 is a 50 / 50 ticket,

God's number
like 1 week ago i was going to post that you could/can win the lottery with the rubik s cube but is only if you are trying to win with 1 ticket and is more complex you will need like a supercomputer even though now that i think about it you could retrace the position of the bouncing balls per second...
the way it works is that if you let the bouncing balls machine be like a rubik s cube and each small cube of the rubik s cube be the position of the bouncing balls in time per second you could

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Hi again, dr65 - for me, the last 5 often have a winner or two - and they are usually like #146 and #147 or #148 on a $2 ticket. One BlackJack roll a while back had winners on #146, #147, and #148. But #149 - $0 again.
Are the 50s the luckiest area you have seen on 10x the Money? Game REALLY seems feast or famine, and I often get the famine. Diamond Mine is also this way to a degree - as I said earlier, two winners in a row seems common.
I played some today, but nothing big. #107 on BWS wo
