I think worrying about them watching and changing something is a fear based approach to life. Its hard to win the lottery if you are fearful. I understand there is fear of theft and fear of lost business, fear of tricksters ,scamsters, and some of you are just afraid of the system. (Not the lottery system, but the system of control which permeates our lives.) If your system stopped working its probably because the game is in a total state of flux. When a best friend is in trouble, don't annoy him by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it. i would point them to best fee only financial advisor i can find in area and if not many people knew he won already, aka not big mouths, as mine are not , tell him to claim it in a trust,and for god sakes keep a low profile also offer ton of investment info and books he should read on dividend/value investing etc just point him down right path.

People, prediction, computers and softwares.
Some people might think that accurate prediction of lottery numbers is either impossible or that if it can be done, it can only be done with supercomputers and or by a maths genius.
