Last year there was a state assemblyman from Kent County (DE) that wanted to force the DE Lottery by law to go back to ball drawings. This was based on the fact that his/her believe that the reason for declining sales is because people believe the state lottery is rigged. Giggly GA Michigan is the only state that 304 this year lol. GA Ohio is the only state that need 941 this year.
