Are you ever embarrassed that you're not a winner yet?
jj,
Oh, MM and PB approx. 104 drawings a year, 12 to 15 jps paid out on average, if you think it's too easy you need to consider this:
Disinformation is intentionally false or inaccurate information that is spread deliberately. It is an act of deception and false statements to convince someone of untruth. Disinformation should not be confused with misinformation, information that is unintentionally false.
Unlike traditional propaganda techniques designed to engage emotional sup

Making the annuity option more attractive?
MM and PB use government backed securities, from the FAQ on the PB site:
There used to be a larger difference between the two games, but the Mega Millions game was recently changed to mirror the Powerball annuity option. The difference (spread) between the cash and annuity jackpots amounts are now about the same. Both games offer an annuity that pays out in 30 payments over 29 years (the first payment is immediate). Both annuity options are graduated. Any difference will be the result of inv

PA Lottery Change - Match 6 Game ?
It's not an actual change to the game itself ... I noticed this two weeks ago after the $2.8 million dollar jackpot got hit. The new starting jackpot was $500,000 as always ... but on the next draw they jumped the jackpot to $600,000 ... the lower jackpots always usually increased by $50,000 till it got to around $900,000 and then they would add $100,000.
Well the $600,000 jackpot got hit last last Monday and the new jackpot was again $500,000 last Thursday and for last night (Monday 5th) the

Illinois lottery winners file class-action lawsuit against state
Since the Illinois Comptroller is not performing their job
Based on the story you posted 2 weeks ago it appears that the comptroller is doing exactly what his job requires - not writing checks because the lack of a budget means he doesn't have the proper authority to do so. It also seems clear that it's not actually a lottery problem. Under Illinois law rather than having the lottery disburse large winnings it's done by the state comptroller. Based on that it seems to me that the plaintiffs

powerball sales continue to drop
A man after my own thoughts for the most part here. noise-gate, greed completely took over with the jackpot games although officials have tried to pass it off as offering larger and more exciting prizes. See, they promote only the idea of winning millions upon millions and how much fun it would be to win but, they completely ignore discussing just how much more harder it'll be to win ANYTHING. Their plan is to keep that money right where it is as long as they can so they can use it as needed wit

Is there an attorney willing to look into this case/matter NYS lottery Do we have a case?
A few things that can be done:
Since they claim the policies are that of NYS legislators you can petition your local rep to try and change the law. The down side is that the current policy helps them sell more tickets because there is a false sense of remaining jackpots and I have never meant a politician that doesn't like money.
Start an online petition and gather signatures.
Try and get an organization that believes in fair gambling practices and educating consumers inv

How Random is Random?
Didn't realize he went from being a member to being a guest , that explains why he stopped posting. Maybe he had better luck with KY Cash Ball if it's anything like Ohio's Rolling Cash5(5/39) which had all 5 winning numbers in the 15 numbers from the previous four drawings which happened more than 40 times in its history. Jackpots aren't big but if you're just interested in winning then they'll do.
