How would you claim a lottery jackpot if you won?Reply
Same. You really never know what is going to happen. I would drive down straight away and claim my prize, not saying a darn word to anyone about it. Once it is in my name I would drive to the wealth management office the next town over and get some advice and then to my lawyer's to draw up a will. Depending on how big the JP is personally I wouldn't tell another living soul to begin with. I think it would be neat just to see how long it takes for people to find out, if they find out at all.

I found it interesting that Hitlery brought up there was a Trump unpaid contractor in the audience. Now, why, how, where did that come from. That woman is so vile and underhanded. She will DO and SAY anything to get that office. Trump talked how much in disrepair America is in and is that ever true. Our roads, schools, airports all need updating desperately. The retire part I will go along with. The live in same house ...OK But the drive the same car??? Really??? I wouldn't buy something too extravagant when I win, but do want a NEW car with all the bells and whistles.

I told my wife that if we win a jackpot and get 10 million after taxes then we are set. Anything more than that and we will be helping out some family members so that they can retire and live their lives. If you can't find a way to live off of a hundred thousand per year with only monthly bills (no mortgage, car payment, etc.) then you are a fool with your money. I figure if we have 10 million then we can choose to live where we want, pay that house off and furnish it while getting a couple of g

It depends on how much income you need per year to feel secure. As demonstrated in the 'What is a Life Changing Win thread, that number varies significantly. Some of us could live quite well on 50K per year. Others will barely scrape by on 3 million per year. So figure out what your number is, and how many years you would need to live on it. Thanks mmx1 I use t-lex. The set I got from t-lex, I put them on the t-lex shreder and I noticed that run and test doesn't give the same result and one give the correct line I mean 5 numbers the correct line is never on the double lines.
