What are some dead giveaways that a lottery winner could end up broke?
Anybody ever get th idea that sometimes the Lottery Fairy lets some people win jackpots who she knows won't be able to handle it and does it to entertain herself?
Ain't that the darn truth.- Those words SHOULD apply to brains, specifically in here at time.
Consider the following scenario..When they were handed out brains.
Supreme One: should we give this brain to subject A, or this Other Brain to subject A or B? You know only too well that l do not need your input on this, but lets

never play quick picks
Well now, just what kind of quick picks y'all talking about? The jp games or just quick picks in general? I suppose with
a OP name like that, you're talking jackpots. I don't think you are 'the one' and I think your subject title was meant to
be more than a public service announcement. Seems like I know you from posting before under another name? Anyway..
quick picks and never play don't go together. I get quick picks for p3, p4 and have won quite a bit on the last day of a

Post your scratch ticket results
Hey James - interesting points you bring out. How about the Florida woman a while back who won $1M on one of the brand new issued (something X TIMES ticket - article said she never bought ANY tickets ever, but while in the store shopping she liked the COLOR of a ticket the clerk was putting up - from a first issue book - she bought just ONE and it was $1M .... or the two far eastern guys who owned a gas station/store near Tampa that netted them I think a $4M and $1M win from tickets they said th

California Lottery is booming, thanks to higher payouts
How about New Jersey? If you look at the top 25 largest jackpots (by annuity value) in the United States, New Jersey produced 6 winners while California produced 3 including the latest from San Jose. Keep in mind, New Jersey has about 1/4 the population of California.

New Jersey - 6 winners
Illinois - 3 winners
Georgia - 3 winners
New York - 2 winners
I don't see anything unusual with California producing 3 winners.

pick 5 play regular group for ga fantasy 5 or maybe another pick 5 game.
I play the Georgia fantasy 5/39, I am using a 7 number wheel that has 21 tickets that has a 5 out of 5 guarantee.
As you know wheels are good and picking a wheel with 5 out of 5 guarantee is better and picking the most amount of numbers is the key but very pricey but the odds are better.
I am using lotto pro it, I notice it has a 12 number wheel with 5 out of 5 guarantee total tickets 792. It also has a filter option which will reduce the amount of tickets. I tested my wheel that I normal

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Was wondering how many MM or SLP ticket do you guys get if you guys pplay? I know the odds improvement for draw games diminishes after 20 tickets, where 1 additional ticket will improve your odds of winning by less than 1%. After 100 tickets, you are stuck at 99% and goes fractional.
Currently using Scratcher budget to play these draw games with resounding jackpots.
Last night I went the extra mile to buy 10 Diamond Millionaires, did not turn out good.

$550 MILLION: Mega Millions holiday bonanza!
I believe that the original poster was right, but explained him/herself wrong.
I was about to make the same comment.
The whole thing started with the Powerball rule change some time ago. I am sure you realized too that the PB Jackpot have risen faster and higher because of the higher cost and the worse odds of the new system.
I think the Megamillions franchise wanted to address this issue changing the odds from 175million : 1 to 250million : 1. This would result less frequent Jackpot hi

Pa. lawmaker wants to give lottery winners right to remain anonymous
Tax dollars aren't going towards funding any jackpots
It isn't who the money came from, it's the fact that the government is spending money that has become public funds. The difference lottery payouts being part of the public record and tax refunds not being public records is that, the tax refunds were never public funds (as Jon D noted) and paying taxes isn't voluntary.
you all seem to have no issues trusting that the number of $10,000, $25,000 or $100,000 or even $500 winners is accur

Pa. lawmaker wants to give lottery winners right to remain anonymous
Oh puh-lease. This is all hogwash and you know it. So spare me.
Tax dollars aren't going towards funding any jackpots, so the public has ZERO right to know. When our taxpayers start funding the megajackpots THEN you MIGHT have a case, until then, it's simply you being both nosey and paranoid.
Secondly, since when should a resident's well being come second to...anything? Kidnapping threats, murder plots, harassment, stalking (the list goes on) should be taken in stride because YOU don't f
