How about New Jersey? If you look at the top 25 largest jackpots (by annuity value) in the United States, New Jersey produced 6 winners while California produced 3 including the latest from San Jose. I play the Georgia fantasy 5/39, I am using a 7 number wheel that has 21 tickets that has a 5 out of 5 guarantee. Tax dollars aren't going towards funding any jackpots It isn't who the money came from, it's the fact that the government is spending money that has become public funds.
