They know if any substantial winners were sold. Their error so it should be up to the CT lottery to announce where and when they were sold and put some effort into finding the winners.

With all the tricks and gimmicks that that lotteries try to pull off, I sincerely believe that this was NOT an error in the card reader. This is why anyone that plays those electronically generated lotteries (such as Fast Play here in NJ) is just throwing their money away with NO chance to win. At least if you play the physically draw games you have some kind of chance.

Wow... you're a real nice person. If you would have read the rules on the txlottery.org site instead of posting your own thread in the wrong Forum in the first place maybe I would have seen it... As I said before: Just the Jackpot is $2.00 cost which is the only thing that I GOT WRONG . For 2 lines and you win only if you get all 5 plus megamall. Megaplier is not offered for the Just the Jackpot. (Section A, Line 4) (Subsection I, Just the Jackpot) CORRECTION IS $3.00

Yes, it is completely safe. Windows give an error because of the new XML code built into Excel documents now. Excel documents used to be just XLS but with the advent of XML code the extension changed to XLSX which causes Windows to flag it as possibly harmful. I own Lottostop.com through GoDaddy... He was convicted in Iowa and appealed. The Iowa court dismissed one count because it was outside the SOL. The other count they reversed bc of jury instruction error and ordered a retrial. However, while the appeal was pending, Tipton pled guilty in Federal court and the Iowa prosecutors agreed to dismiss the Iowa charges because of his federal plea. He got away with nothing.

It has been brought to my attention that the Excel version I provided earlier has a mathematical error. For some reason some of the cell formulas got erased during the conversion process from Open Office. I have hopefully fixed it and you can try the updated Excel version here.
