Powerball lottery to have larger jackpot, but harder to win
The one little thing, we haven't heard much about, is, where they can put you in a pool-play I wonder if thats still going to be in effect, or mabey after everyone gets used to the change, they'll spring it on us. So, you get a ticket, ....say yes to power-play, and get in a pool, $10 dollars quickly changes to $30 dollars. And I guess those'll have to be quick-picks. I'm not seeing a way to have my own numbers ...and be in a pool, with my numbers. Or you can get in a pool, and say

Piqua lottery winners sued by co-workers
I am surprised by the number of people who say never join a pool whenever they see news of a lottery pool related lawsuit. Reminds me of a friend that never drove a car because he once read about a car accident.

Piqua lottery winners sued by co-workers
Let this be a lesson to all who play in a lottery pool!!!! Always have an agreement and always have the names of the people in the pool and the amount paid BEFORE the drawing. I think most people that play in pools never actually think they are going to win.

Is it wrong to...?
We are not talking about someone else who you know nothing about playing the same numbers, we are talking about someone playing numbers for you that you gave the money to play for them. As far as I see it if they give you the money to play it's theirs and not YOURS.........you are in a position of trust. You are twisting things around to serve your purpose, ask yourself what kind of friend are you. As I stated in an earlier post if your friend or family member indicated that they would share

How of you play in a Lottery Pool?
I play in 2 pools all the time. One for Mega Millions with 17 members and one for PowerBall with 24 members. Everyone in the MM pool is in the PB pool. We reinvest small wins in extra tickets (less than $50). We have won and split $150 several times. Both pools have been going for over 5 years.
