Let's go Random!
Read this Link https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/260665, the chart below and workout is explained. The workout is the simplest, but whether it work for you is your perception. The assumptions is all members/ digits of the POOL(0 thru 9) has a follow-up (RECURRING) during each cycle (Draws). so for a draw 9202, you form a BOX with the recurs after 9,2,0,2 . So let us locate recurs for 9 0,2,1,4 , then 2 9156, then 0 8167.

Let's go Random!
Everybody has their way on getting those digits, complicated down to simple ones, juz a matter of sync to ones imagination. random and recurrence seems to be one of those really good examples since we've been catching hits day in and day out. too much distress could really affect your pool of numbers. so i say why not trap some few ones with big returns rather than catching those nibles every single draw. thats when i saw this,

The Wyoming Lottery Board received some much-needed advice and a stern warning from someone who has helped shepherd other states through the the complicated process of launching state-sponsored games of chance.
Rebecca Hargrove is the CEO of the Tennessee Lottery and is known as a guru on how to get lottery startups off the ground and running. Board Chairman Brian Scott asked her to pay a visit to help outline a game plan for the board at its second-ever meeting on Tuesday.

Wyoming lottery board sets January 2014 as target start date
The nine-member Wyoming Lottery Board, meeting on Monday for the first time, set its sights on a January 2014 launch date for its games of chance.

Cost depends on the size of number pool and the type of LP wheel you use. My favorite is a keyed 4 if 4 of 10 wheel because its only 25 lines. Some people call it fallacy, but if you get all the correct numbers in a group of 10 and use a wheel your ODDS will be exponentially BETTER. Here is 1-10 in a wheel. (the 1 is key)
Wheel: Pick 5 Key 4 if 4 of 10
Tickets: 25
Description: Minimum 4-number match, if 4 numbers drawn fall within your set of 10 numbers.
Input: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
