What I'm saying is you could travel to any state or country with a lottery, walk into the local lottery store and buy a ticket, cash it if you win, take the money home or wire it whatever. Lottery states have a vested interest in keeping their sales stable. They would rather not have customers chasing jackpots around the country when they could be playing at home. I am retired now. But when I did work, we always had a pool. If I was back in Ohio working, I would start a small pool of people. Either 15 people @ $10.00/wk or 30 people @ $5.00/wk. This way I would have the $150.00 to cover the 3 drawings per wk. But like you said, I will also follow the results of my predictions. When someone says that 70% of Powerball Jackpots are won with QuickPicks, you and your cohorts are quick to [rightfully] point out that the reason is because 70% of Powerball ticket purchases are QuickPicks. However, when someone claims that the reason the percentage of self pick (SP) winners is 30% is because the percentage of SP ticket purchases is 30%, you have a problem.
