Yeah, it can happen. The occurrence of repeat combos is about as rare as winning a jackpot, or quite a bit less less depending on the range of picks.(same ticket or same store) But the likelihood of a repeat winning the jackpot is a VERY rare event. Probably about once a decade in FL Fantasy 5 in the same store.

I guess with the State having its first PB winner since it joined in April- it has drivers hanging around HQ in the event it has a local winner, they can speed to the scene of the store and set up their cameras. But that was fast.

For what it's worth and this is just my conclusion is that NO system's player will be able to get an accurate reading on the behavorial patterns of the new MEGA MILLIONS lottery numbers until each and every single number 1-75 has had a hit at least once.
