Chinese media reports plans to restart online lottery sales
At least they caught the fraud in March 2015.
Trust in lottery playing is essential. I hope that China has corrected their mistakes.
I do love Chinese food. Yum Yum!

No $50K bonus for Washington retailer who sold winning lottery ticket
This new law of not paying the store owners for selling their tickets goes along with the same B/S laws that came down when the state decided to stop using the numbered balls and went to the random number generator. And all of that is the same B/S of a story of the Eddie Tipton Story. He was the guy who was the head securities director for the Multistate Lottery Commission and was arrested for fraud after putting a virus into the computer that calls the lottery numbers. This virus allowed him to

FBI warns about lottery fraud
The telephone call came from out of the blue. The man on the line told the 83-year-old retired schoolteacher she had won a substantial lottery prize. All that was required to claim the windfall was to pay taxes and other fees.
Before it was over, the victim a Virginia resident who had meticulously saved for her retirement was out more than $500,000 in a scam that has become all too familiar among the elderly.
The criminals behind these lottery frauds and other telemarketing scams prey on s

Dr Miracle pick 3 althorithm help me win big.
Flossdog post the check stub and I'll rest my case. Til then you're a fraud. Posting checks that you've copied and pasted off NY lottery winners circle website. LMAO. I could post that same winning ticket. Unlike you I'd post one from 2016. Whatever happen to your awesome pyramid system you was peddling through folks inboxs. Did it fizzle out. Or did you finally get the false teeth that you so desperately need. Your system was HOT.
Haven't heard anything about it in awhile. Your break f

Abraham Shakespeare
I just finished watching one of the videos on YouTube. They used way too many Shakespearean references, a little too cutesy to suit me.
Moore certainly was a real piece of work . -ahem- I think Shakespeare's barber friend was lucky to not get charged with fraud and think his working w/ the police was the only thing that kept him from it. The piece also mentioned that Shakespeare's estate had recovered a million in cash and property and were seeking to have loans he had made to be paid back

Taxes
Yes. The gambling winnings that I am claiming are in w2g form. I had 6 of them. I kept a journal for my casino visits which shows pretty big losses. And in order to write off the full gambling income, I would have to include my losing scratch offs that I've saved over the year which is more than enough to cover the rest.
If I get audited and they don't accept my proof of losses and say that I owe them... I would be okay with that. I just don't want them to say I was trying to fraud them or e

N.C. Powerball winner target of $10M lawsuit by local pastor
She has the money to hire the best attorneys in the world out there and it is time she sits down and does this. First sue this con man into the Stone Age and then sue the county she is in for gouging her on bail for her no good boyfriend while simultaneously kicking him out of her life too.
Can an oral agreement be binding, sure but I imagine it is about 50 million times harder to enforce than a written and signed contract which is why written and signed contracts exist. In addition as other

First lawsuit in state lottery-fixing scandal seeks millions
If it is proven that the Michigan RNG games have been rigged then I just want all my money back for all the tickets I bought along with triple damages because the game was rigged and unfair and there was fraud in that not everyone had an equal chance.
If it is ever proven that the Michigan Rigged Numbers Games were ever rigged then let me at the MSL!!!
I hope victims in the Tipton cases who didn't win have saved some of their tickets and demand their money back for those tickets.
