Nothing wrong with pick 3 and pick 4 spot plays. Had my best hit in both games waiting for the right conditions. Most states show on their annual reports they average paying out pretty close to 50% of those games' revenue.

It's not luck. Look at the last pick 3 single. Pick one digit to repeat. If it does and the next draw is a single, guaranteed win. Every time.

The New Hampshire Lottery Website does in fact lists payouts to consistent Pick 3 and Pick 4 winners. The question arises: Are these people members of the Steve Player test group ( who receive his systems weeks; maybe months before their actual publication ?
