I dont know but imagine this....if it was all an inside job and they got caught ONCE. Lottery sales would plummet !!!! I'm almost on 18 years without winning and not even near the thought on cheating. Casinos for example, they dont cheat because THEY DONT NEED TO. Their profit is already built in. Yes, nearly everyone has a theory and while some are far out, others sound possible. I do believe my theory is correct and once told you will probably agree, but maybe not. That is the nice part of it all, we can express thoughts and feel free to do so. Before i explain how they are cheating us all, i want to wait and get some more feedback and if i get too much harsh feedback i will not continue with it. I am not thin skinned but cautious.
