TWO TICKETS OUT!!! Where are they? All the hype for the Billion Dollars and two tickets are still out? I didn't hear about the second party claiming, so I could be wrong? But with my suspicious mind if no one comes forth for those winning tickets I think it would be fraud involved. But on the other hand, experts said to take your time and get advice and set up a situation so you and your money will be safe. Maybe these winners are the smart ones? A few additional thoughts. I'm certain you need backup machines. An obvious requirement is to have a machine available at the stated time of the drawing. Should a machine break down, you need a backup. Also, I'm going to guess that machines are scrutinized, checked, double checked, triple checked very thoroughly. The blue blurs do have some noticeable gaps around 2611, 9046 and 9766. This is the first vertical and simultaneous alignment of a pattern/structure. When I google pseudo random number generator flaws , it becomes easy to envision somebody manipulating the seed, CPU time, or other method. If this continues into November, I confidently say there is a bug or accuse fraud is at play here. Nice work!

florida 25 doller scratch tickets is a scam
My friend bought a $25 dollar scratch ticket with a 10 million dollar grand prize. He has spent over 5 grand and he ever won was $25 and never got a bag or a $500 winner. All he ever got were a couple $25 wins. This is truely a scam and fraudulent. He said he was going to contact 60 Minutes and have them exposed as a cheat and fraud.
