Lawsuit alleges New York Lottery and Scientific Games infringed trademark
Maybe it's just because I don't know what comprehension skills are, but I think you've suggested that the lottery and SG have actually stolen the plaintiff's game. I can't really be sure, because you don't say what protected property you believe is being used, though the *press release* makes that point clearly: the Lottery and Scientific Games conspired to use Gameologist's Mark The lawsuit only claims infringement of their trademark. The trademark is Bling Bling and nothing more. Absen

crying
Here is some help for you to read: =========================== Crying =========== To dream that you are crying, signifies a release of negative emotions that is more likely caused by some waking situation rather than the events of the dream itself. Your dream is a way to regain some emotional balance and a way to safely let out your fears and frustrations. In our daily lives, we tend to ignore, deny, or repress our feelings. But in our dream state, our defense mechanisms are no longe

What Would You Buy First After Winning Big
When did they win? Was it in the last 5-10 years? Well, ten years might be stretching it, I've never bothered to see how far back stories and press releases actually go. Ever looked up their name in a search engine? Are their names common? Obviously if it was a long time ago their names wouldn't have been put in the online press releases or news stories though unless they were huge wins no one cares that much. Your examples are extremes that have nothing to really do with what I said, obviously

Exactly What Kind of Professionals Do I Need?
Other than a psychiatrist. That's a given. I'm gearing up to win the Powerball before July is ended. I don't have alot of experience (okay, no experience) with attorneys or with money peeps. I need an attorney to do stuff like contact the lottery and find out if I change my name before claiming the jackpot, will they release only the new name, or will they be obliged to release all names I've used in the past X months. (We only have 6 months to claim prizes here.) And when I do fina

I am going to try to change the rules about annonymity...
MegaWinner Listen to rundown99 and Surge. The lottery provides the games for us to choose to play, or not. The players could, if enough of them acted together, get a game changed by not playing it (and file that under 'once upon a time'....) But as far as an individual getting a state or lottery to change to allowing a jackpot winner to be anonymous, well, we don't dictate to the lottery, it sets the rules. Read the back of your tickets, in some states the ticket itself is an a

Not sure if I should release new feature...
I'm kinda on the fence about whether I should put this new feature I created out there or not. It is wickedly cool, but it's not a lottery feature as much as it is a really cool web feature . I have developed something that I know is very rare. I got the idea from a popular web site, but I have never seen a forum site do this kind of thing. It's the kind of thing that is a nice to have, rather than something that really boosts productivity on the site, so I'm thinking maybe I should

Lottery nixes man's bid to buy 7 million tickets
A deep-pocketed mystery man from Chicago tried to bet an odds-skewing $7 million on the Mass Millions numbers game this week after Lottery officials opened the door by helping him buy 60,000 of the dollar tickets just last week.Lottery officials furiously backpedaled yesterday, refusing to release the man's identity even as they admitted they have no idea where his cash came from - raising fears among lawmakers that a mobster or drug kinpin may be trying to launder money through the Lottery. I'm
