I would like to believe that the game is not rigged but I leave nothing to chance. The lottery was created and so it could be manipulated by both the commissions and players, in my opinion.

I was just thinking about this...ive read it a few times on here so... someone says regarding the state and the pick 3 pick four... they will throw in a double or a triple before they throw in a consecutive pair and so forth SO my question thought is if these` are random drawings how is it that they are Throwing in anything?? This if true would appear that they are manipulating the numbers whicjh would make the game rigged and not random at all but manipulated for their own benefit....just a tho

The other thing, in paragraph 7 of this article: Tipton had already started installing his rigged programming code when he first spotted the random-number flaw. He was there first! So by his account, this conscientious programmer was being honest, and being dishonest at the same time.

Right, IMO he should really leave well enough alone. The ONLY reason you won was because some criminal rigged the drawing to happen to pick your numbers, and now you want the rest of the money from the fruit of that poison tree? It actually makes no sense at all. There's no way he gets anything additional, and I actually think his argument is not at all valid, from a purely logic point of view.

The Iowa Lottery already proved in court their employee, Eddie Tipton rigged several drawings so the only question a jury must decide is if the lottery is responsible for the actions of their employees.

I haven't been playing it. When you go on FLlottery.com, you get a big advertisement showing the powerball jackpot amount and after a few seconds it takes you to the site. For me, that makes it feel like the drawing is going to be rigged.

New york has won mega millions at least once every year for like the past six years and has won powerball a couple of times in the last six years my small state oregon has never won mega millions since joining in 2010 and has not had a powerball winner in a decade. Don't think that's the reason. Rules of the game would prevent that. You might have some pissed-off people though. I wonder if Wisconsin had pre-draws when Eddie Tipton rigged the program. If so, did it help? Obviously not.
