A Miami man is Florida's newest millionaire after hitting it big playing the state lottery's Jackpot Triple Play game. Daniel Alvarez, 49, claimed the $1.95 million jackpot after winning the February 25th drawing. He chose to receive his winnings in a one time lump-sum payment of $1,492,240.62. Alvarez purchased his Jackpot Triple Play with Combo Quick Pick ticket from La Esquina Tropical, at 1060 Southwest 8th Street in Miami. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling it.

I took all the odd even combos and ranked them here. Just for the fun of it. There is 42,504 OEOEO combinations. The second group of combos all have 33,649 combos. Third has 26,334 combos. Then the lonely EEEEE sets with a total of 20,349 combos. There is a pattern here with these. The pattern is the ones with the most available combinations have been drawn the most. The ones with the least amount of combinations have been drawn the least. I think there is a law about this. Murphy

I'm sure you have heard somebody say Buy Quick Picks because QP's have won more jackpots. And they'd be absolutely 100% correct about QP's having won more jackpot's than Player Picks or PP's . Here's something else that's 100% correct. 75% of all lottery tickets sold are QP's. (Although that doesn't seem to be the case with FF5. Another rolldown last night. As of today, there have been 10 of them which is 31.25% of the 32 drawings held this year. That translates into 118 rolldowns per year. Not Good.
