UK Lottery fears website error caused players to discard winning tickets
An error? yeah like I'm supposed to believe that line. Everything is fine and dandy when the lottery company cheats it's players, but let a lottery player try cheating the lottery and see where that gets you. Bet they won't allow you to call it a mistake or error and make like nothing ever happened! The Horsesho e Casino in Cleveland tried pulling that crap with me and denying me my $25000 when they told me it was a mistake and that the machines can not produce more than a 5000 win.

RL's T-Lex program download, free software

D.C. woman's 'winning' scratch ticket voided
The lady did not win. What she ended up with is parts from two different tickets. She is either a moron or a cheat by trying to get a free payday out of this obvious mistake. The lotteries only responsibility would be to replace the ticket(s) issued in error, with another ticket.

Input past end of file error is generally a sign of an error in the data file. Normally you'll find and unnecessary delimiter...possibly a comma, a tab, an extra space, or an extra number, (depending on what was used to delimit the data). Since the files are updated frequently, I'd look near the end of it. Easy fix is to open the file in notepad and have a look. Also, sometimes it is nothing more than going to the END OF THE LAST LINE AND HITTING DELETE. If the end of the last line is
