The new odds for Mega Millions have been a failure. They promised higher jackpots more often. We can't even get to our first billion! The Mega Millions commission didn't go high enough on the odds. It takes well over 20 draws to get the jackpot in the 1 - 2 billion range. Considering 104 draws a year you need a winner every 26 draws(3 months).
