Pennsylvania jury clears defendant of lottery deception
Jury sends resounding message to overzealous prosecutors A Pennsylvania man didn't strike it rich with a phony Powerball ticket, but he won a victory yesterday when a Dauphin County jury decided he didn't do anything wrong. After deliberating a little more than an hour, the jury acquitted Brian Scott Miller, 34, of unsworn falsification to authorities. The charge was lodged after agents of the state attorney general's office said Miller signed a form saying he bought the ticket, then

Rosa Parks dead
Most people don't realize that what ROSA did was carefully planed. It was not a spur of the moment thing. It was well orchrasted. Another female wanted to be arrested on the bus; but because her arrest record wasn't spotless, Rosa was chosen. FREEDOM ISN'T FREE

Drug dealer must forfeit lottery jackpot
I guess the best thing to do if you have a questionable past is to get your millions in cash or gold and hide it somewhere. You never know when Big Brother will be making a grab. I'm sure they will be doing a massive check on every winner to see if they have something to make an arrest and confiscation on. I don't think it should be just drug dealers who should worry.

$93.4 million Powerball lottery winner is New Mexico's third
We're talking New Mexico here. The NM Lottery Authority is aware that almost everyone in NM has an outstanding warrant for his arrest out somewhere. They know that all of us probably need to talk to a lawyer. They know that now, as jackpot winners, these particular New Mexicans can afford to speak to an attorney, who can call prosecutors somewhere and try to iron things out so the jackpot winners don't get dragged kicking and screaming off to the slammer in front of the TV cameras.Jack

Happy Independence Bahamas
actually, we don't have a lottery in the bahamas because it is illegal. but, the number houses here are only connected to florida and illinois. basically we take risks, because if caught we can be arrested which means they have to arrest 75% of the bahamians then.

Any one know a good flu cure?
i agree with the hot (warm) drinks and honey... a cup of hot lemonade or tea with a couple of tablespoons of honey stirred in. even though many people are fighting a virus, the sugar concentration and hydrogen peroxide naturally found in honey contribute to the arrest of a broad range of bacteria so honey is still something to add to your arsenal. get well soon!!

Sooo is it legal or not? Check old post
No, it's not. As I stated in that thread They are running their own lottery, not buying tickets - so technically it's not legal in the USA. I don't think anyone is going to come to your house and arrest you, but that's also what a lot of music swappers thought before the music industry slapped them with lawsuits. You should at least know the facts before you play at . Again, I'm not saying that you're personally going to have problems, but you need to know the fine print.
