need software or system or help
Well, I have to give a brief overview of the whole program's idea. A ticket listing is what holds the output of wheels or filtering operations. There are 3 distinct ticket listings in the program, each for every calculation stage (1,2,3). The idea now is that once you have produced a ticket listing with either of those 3 stages, you can use it as the source for the following filtering operations. Thus a ticket listing is essentially the combined output of whatever operations you performed so far

online poll....will H.R. 411 become law?
I have to agree, this will probably pass. Online gambling makes billions of dollars every year that don't go to the big casinos. It mostly goes to offshore operations because it's illegal for US businesses to engage in the activity. No taxes pouring into US coffers. There's no reason for it not to pass, really.

Some temporary performance delays....
FYI, I am performing some maintenance on the database over the next couple of hours, so you may experience some performance delays over that time.It may appear that pages seem to take 10 or 15 seconds to load sometimes.I am trying to minimize the delays, but there's not much I can do about it.The good news is that it is all for a good cause: I am trying to improve the search capabilities by creating optimized database queries. In order to do that, I have to run some operations on the database

How well do you EXCEL?
If I were writing a clearly defined, well thought out program, VB or even C++ for sure, but in the whole confusion of trying new ideas and seeing rapid changes... I found VBA to be enough. Should I find something that warrants the move, coding wouldn't be out of the question. I did that for comparing RNG results with seed manipulation in VB6 because it was orders of magnitude faster than excel for the same operations.I have yet to see anything run faster than compiled C++ on Linux, but could you

Farris called Shaheen, who has directed lotteries in other states, a top flight man. He's done this before. H

Texas Lottery to change Lotto game back to 6/54 format
Texas lottery commissioners moved one step closer Friday to returning the Lotto Texas game to its original format by signing off on a plan to bounce the so-called bonus ball from the format that decides how the multimillion-dollar jackpots are won.Meanwhile, the two sitting commissioners who oversee lottery operations deferred a decision on who will be hired to run the agency, which generates $1 billion a year for the state. But both offered high praise for former state Rep. Talmadge Heflin, a H

Play The N.C. Lottery Over The Internet? It Could Happen
I think it would be too problematic for a state to be responsible for payouts for another state. They have to be reimbursed, they would have to be linked to another state's system so kind of way. They would have to collerate. There would be too many things happening. When things gone wrong nobody would want to own it. So the internet bookies solve the problem for us by taking responsibility for maintaining the websites, operations, and paying us.
