Seems like the whole rolls had been activated, otherwise they're no good right? Next time, though a rarity I see them stocking the lottery machine with scratchers will ask how they are activated. GOOD day today. UP over $700 Hit the machine at Publix and started off with $200 on 10K 4 Life, then $100 on GR Doubler and $100 each on WCC both slots.
